Accountabilities
- Conduct complex analytic studies using statistical techniques on healthcare data.
- Present findings through charts, tables, and graphs for easy interpretation.
- Create and maintain efficient statistical and analytic code using tools such as Python, SAS, Stata, R.
- Apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze pricing behaviors and stakeholder activities.
- Ensure quality through rigorous validation and error-checking processes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to produce high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare presentations for team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Five years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid or private healthcare payer.
- Five years of experience with healthcare data including pharmacy claims.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as Python, SAS, Stata, R.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
- Experience summarizing and presenting complex analytic findings.
