What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from donors
- Sharing nonprofit program information in a friendly, confident way
- Accurately entering donor and call details
- Representing meaningful missions with professionalism
- Meeting achievable performance goals that support each organization's success
You're a Strong Candidate If You Have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of remote work or 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred, NOT required)
- A calm, caring, and professional phone presence
- Good typing skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
- A quiet home workspace and schedule flexibility
Tech Requirements
- Windows 11 computer only
- 16 GB RAM preferred
- Dual monitors highly recommended
- Noise-canceling USB headset (not required to apply but required to service)
- Hardwired internet required (WiFi acceptable to apply, but required to service)
