Remote Mental Health Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, LPC
Position Overview:In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based virtual counseling services to a diverse adult population. The work involves guiding clients through therapy sessions, helping them build coping strategies, and creating treatment plans tailored to their needs. This is a client-facing position where you’ll balance clinical documentation with direct therapeutic care. You’ll also engage with peers for clinical collaboration, ensuring best practices are maintained across all cases.
Type: Full-Time, RemoteSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $100,000 – $110,000/year with full benefits
Duties:
- Provide online therapy sessions to adults and couples
- Conduct assessments and create treatment goals
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Take part in team-based peer consultations
- Deliver care that aligns with professional standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Current Wisconsin license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Comfortable working with clients virtually
