Remote Therapist Role – LMFT, LCSW, LPC
About the Role:We're expanding our clinical team and hiring full-time licensed mental health counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to deliver therapy services virtually. This position focuses on providing care to adult individuals and couples in a remote setting.
Type: Full-Time, RemoteSchedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $100,000 - $110,000/year + full benefits
Duties:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments
- Develop care plans based on individual client needs
- Maintain updated records and documentation
- Join regular team consultations for clinical collaboration
- Adhere to best practices in client-centered care
Requirements
- Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
- Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms
