Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – California
Make a meaningful difference through remote mental health services. Utilize a leading telehealth platform to provide virtual therapy and empower clients on their wellness journey.
Position Overview:
Support clients in an online setting by facilitating therapy sessions that foster emotional well-being and personal growth.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary:$115,000 – $120,000 per year + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Provide guidance in managing stress, motivation, and overall mental health.
- Work collaboratively with a team to enhance therapeutic services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Active California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or eligibility for licensure).
- Previous experience working with individuals, families, or groups in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Commitment to inclusive, affirming, and culturally competent care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
