Position: Full-TimeLocation: Saint Paul, MN Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are hiring a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist. From Saint Paul or elsewhere in the state, you’ll support clients via video sessions, follow structured treatment frameworks, and report to a clinical supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy appointments according to a set schedule
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a supervising therapist for case consultation
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records
- Join virtual staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
- Active MN license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Tech-comfortable and organized in a remote work setting
