Job Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Repair Assistant Manager to lead and improve Repair and RMA programs and drive operational excellence across the organization. Once part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Repair department in both office and production environments, with the opportunity to leverage critical thinking and project leadership skills to advance your career in Smart Manufacturing.The Repair Assistant Manager will manage Repair and RMA process flows, optimize resource utilization, and lead key program initiatives while supporting the Central Quality function as needed.Job Responsibilities
- Partner with all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement, adopt best practices, and ensure successful project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Serve as a leader tackling major operational challenges and driving sustainable improvements.
- Oversee Repair and RMA product life cycles—from customer receipt through return shipment—ensuring strong operational flow and program efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to influence change and improve program impact.
- Deploy structured project management processes within operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support the refinement and rollout of project management frameworks, tools, and standards.
- Deliver project management training and coach team members as a subject matter expert.
- Assess, plan, execute, and close multiple projects while maintaining scope, budget, and timing objectives.
- Ensure customer design expectations, reliability standards, cost targets, and high-volume manufacturing requirements are achieved.
- Manage multiple Repair and RMA initiatives concurrently with strong prioritization skills.
- Provide robust problem-solving leadership using methodologies such as RCCM, 8D, and DMAIC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree minimum required.
- Minimum 1–3 years of project management experience required; 3+ years in manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting lean or continuous improvement initiatives preferred; working knowledge of lean tools desired.
- Strong problem-solving and process troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with project management software tools and Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint).
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Self-motivated, hands-on leader with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage aggressive timelines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface effectively at multiple organizational levels and with customers.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills.
