Job summary

Duties and Repsonsibilities

• Manage the daily transportation needs for customer pick up from start to finish.
• Manage Walmart.com orders to meet service level goals.
• Run and analyze reports to support transportation management.
• Execute transportation strategies to maximize on time pick up and sales.
• Analyze pick up results to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to achieve adherence.
• Collaborate directly with Walmart Transportation as needed to resolve issues that arise to meet and support Walmart/Sam's replenishment exceptions.
• Communicate and develop action plans to resolve ongoing issues with both internal and external logistics teams that may effect on time shipping and delivery
• Drive improvement in key performance metrics such as OTIF, inventory turns, OSCA, returns, and inventory levels vs. budget. Track and report key metrics on a regular basis.
• Manage customer pick up for Walmart and Sam's Club.
• Process Walmart.com orders in SAP, coordinating as needed with plants and warehouses on any issues that may affect OTIF.
• Assist in covering all customer service and replenishment responsibilities in the absence of a Senior Replenishment Coordinator.
• Track and report all fines related to Walmart's Supply Chain Reliability Program (OTIF).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain
• 2 years' experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Retail Link, Scintilla, IRI.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI) with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Some direct sales and/or brand management experience with cross functional exposure to other business operations preferred.
• Critical thinking skills and a "bias for action"
• Understanding of customer service, replenishment, and transportation
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Must be proficient in Excel and computer operations.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Power Point skills
• Retail Link, SAP, and GRS
