Job Description
What You'll Do
Handle incoming calls, emails, and reservation inquiries
Advise guests on room types, rates, and packages
Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations
Ensure accuracy in guest profiles and reservation details
Communicate special requests to hotel departments
Promote hotel amenities, dining, and experiences
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Who You Are
Warm, articulate, and guest-focused
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple inquiries at once
Familiar with reservation or PMS systems a plus
Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
