Job Description
Meadow Ridge is a residential treatment facility serving high-risk, behaviorally challenged children. We are seeking compassionate, dependable staff who are interested in making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth.
Position Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervise, organize, and support recreational and socialization activities
Collaborate with the treatment team, including case managers, clinicians, and prescribers
Engage and interact with youth based on individualized behavioral intervention plans
Observe, document, and reinforce positive behaviors
Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment
Perform all other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
High school diploma required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with youth in a behavioral or group-care setting
Valid driver's license required

YCS provides services through therapeutic residences, special education schools, and in-home and community-based programs throughout New Jersey.
