Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting? Join our dedicated team as a Residential Care Associate / Med Tech and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment program

  • Facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and daily routines

  • Administer medications under supervision and maintain accurate documentation

  • Monitor resident safety and well-being, responding to behavioral needs with empathy and professionalism

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans

  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum age: 21

  • High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred

  • Experience working with adolescents in residential care preferred

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening

  • Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred-or willingness to complete training

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Willingness to complete required residential training and CPS clearance
