Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adolescents? Join our dedicated team as a Residential Care Associate / Med Tech and help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for youth in our residential care program.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct care and supervision to residents, ensuring safety and emotional well-being

  • Facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and educational sessions

  • Administer medications under the supervision of a delegating nurse

  • Document resident behavior, incidents, and medication administration

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans

  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities

  • Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive unit culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum age: 21

  • High school diploma or GED required, degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred

  • Experience working with adolescents in residential care is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to complete required training and certifications, including CPR/BLS and Med Tech certification

  • Strong communication, observation, and crisis intervention skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Active role with frequent standing, walking, and interaction

  • Ability to use a computer and communicate clearly via phone

  • Must be present on-site and maintain punctual attendance
