Job Description
We’re hiring a Residential Exterior Project Manager to oversee exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion. This role focuses on scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and delivering a smooth homeowner experience across roofing, siding, window, and exterior upgrade projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential exterior projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain project schedules and production timelines
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction
- Resolve field issues, manage changes, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate project handoff and closeout documentation
Requirements
- Experience managing residential exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, or remodeling)
- Strong understanding of exterior construction methods and workflows
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in the field and interacting with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
