Job Location
  • Shop based in Holland, MI
  • Travel throughout West Michigan using company vehicles
  • No overnight travel
The Role: Glass InstallerWe’re seeking both entry-level and experienced Glass Installers to work in residential and light commercial settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, precision measuring, and delivering clean, professional finishes in client homes.If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving on-site, and are comfortable with physical labor — this could be a great fit.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Measure, lift, and install custom glass products including shower doors, mirrors, handrails, and cabinet glass
  • Assemble and install glass components on-site according to specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
  • Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and accurately
  • Load and unload trucks/vans with glass, tools, and equipment
  • Accurately report job details and time worked
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
  • Communicate clearly with clients and the Studio G office team
What We’re Looking For
  • Comfort using tools, equipment, and basic technology
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to read tape measure fractions and accurately add/subtract measurements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and flexibility during critical project periods
