At GreenBox Home Services, we are known for our incredible culture and top-notch customer service! We are hiring a full-time Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final
- Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
- Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
- Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
- Customer service
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Journeyman License
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
