Position Summary

The Residential HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems while maintaining clear communication with homeowners and accurate job documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and residential service calls

• Clearly communicate system findings and recommendations to homeowners

• Complete detailed service notes, photos, and documentation using field service software

• Accurately track labor hours and materials used

• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• EPA Certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software
