We are expanding across Central Texas, and we’re seeking ambitious Residential Lead Specialist who are ready to build their own market presence.
Role Overview:You’ll act as the local point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand roof restoration, insurance processes, and available options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned territories and generate leads
- Build and manage your own homeowner pipeline
- Oversee roof inspections and assist customers with claims
- Coordinate with project managers for on-time completion
Preferred Background:
- Previous sales, construction, or service experience helpful
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills
- Must own a vehicle and ladder (or be open to getting one)
- Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and working outdoors
