We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and smooth project flow.

Position Overview

The Residential Roofing Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing roofing projects for homeowners throughout the Denver metro area. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to FARHA ROOFING's high standards. The Project Manager will work closely with homeowners, crews, vendors, and in-house teams to maintain strong communication and provide a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee all phases of residential roofing projects, from initial job handoff to final inspection.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and staged appropriately for each project.
• Monitor daily progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Complete job walks, take measurements, document site conditions, and verify scope accuracy.

Customer Communication & Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project.
• Provide clear updates regarding scheduling, progress, and any changes.
• Ensure customers receive a positive, professional experience from start to finish.
• Address concerns promptly and maintain strong follow-through.

Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure all work meets FARHA ROOFING standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Conduct pre-construction and post-construction inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce safety protocols for crews and subcontractors.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, production, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, and insurance documentation when applicable.
• Track project progress, budgets, change orders, and completion documentation.
• Maintain accurate project notes, photos, and updates in CRM/project management software.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in residential roofing or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk roofs, climb ladders, and navigate job sites safely.

Preferred

• Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.

• Familiarity with project management/CRM software

• Previous experience working with subcontractor crews.
