Job Description
- B.A. In psychology or Human Services preferred.
- Previous work with psychiatric population is desirable.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background checks.

Single Steps:A Montpelier-based, 8-bed transitional group home supporting individuals in recovery and skill-building for independent living. Staff provide 24/7 guidance, social and vocational support, and access to medical and therapeutic services.
Segue House:A 7-bed downtown Montpelier residence offering transitional, recovery-focused support for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. Staff assist residents with daily routines, life skills, and individualized treatment goals.
Road House:A 3-bed Barre residential home providing long-term, 24/7 support for individuals needing assistance with daily living, recovery planning, and medical oversight. Staff help with meals, appointments, and emotional and vocational supports.
Chrysalis House:A 2-bed Waterbury home offering 24/7 support for individuals working toward greater independence. Staff assist with daily living, recovery planning, appointments, and skill-building.
Moody Court:Independent apartments adjacent to Chrysalis House, supporting up to four residents with recovery and daily living needs. Staff provide 24/7 assistance with medication, social skills, and community-based support while promoting autonomy.
