Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Resinous Flooring Sales / Estimator with experience in commercial or industrial flooring systems. This role is responsible for estimating project costs, specifying appropriate resinous flooring solutions, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site evaluations to assess flooring requirements and project conditions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for resinous flooring projects, including epoxy, urethane, and other industrial coatings.
- Recommend appropriate flooring systems based on project specifications, performance requirements, and client needs.
- Develop and submit proposals and bids to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
- Track project budgets and provide cost analysis reports.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities in commercial and industrial markets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in resinous flooring sales or estimating, with a commercial or industrial focus.
- Strong knowledge of resinous flooring products, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
