Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Must Have State Of Alabama Alcohol & beverage Serving Certificate/Food Handler Certificate.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations.
- Check customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a related role.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash.
- Knowledge of local and state alcohol regulations.
