- Assisting guests with questions, suggestions, and general information about the brand.
- Providing information about our menu, games, and offerings.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
- Handling transactions accurately and responsibly and efficiently uses the point-of-sale system.
- Resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or Guests)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Beverage Draft Systems or Gaming experiences are a plus!
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Participate in NC ABC training.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Interested in a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Confident with technology and point of sales systems.
- Willing to learn and grow in the role.
