About the role

As a Restaurant Recruiting Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. Your focus will be on providing exceptional support to candidates and hiring teams, while maintaining a great experience for all stakeholders.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 10:00am- 6:30pm, with flexibility to accommodate changes in the future based on business needs

This is an on-site position

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries via Zendesk, email, phone, text, and Paradox messaging, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Collaborate with others on the recruitment team and hiring managers to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in recruitment processes and systems

  • Respond promptly to internal stake holder and manager inquiries via Zendesk, email, phone, text, and Slack, providing clear and concise information

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and resolutions related to recruitment support activities

  • Other duties as assigned

The experience you have

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or recruitment support roles

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and troubleshooting issues

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

  • Ability to travel to support onsite hiring events as needed

Pay Rate: $25/hour
