As a Shift Leader for Firehouse Subs, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations, leading the team, upholding brand excellence, and ensuring each guest has an amazing experience.
Part Time or Full Time
Requirements:
- Hard working and guest focused
- Great customer service skills, friendly, and self motivated
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lead the team, assigning tasks, and keeping employees motivated and task focused
- Counting drawers and end of day paperwork
- Able to resolve customer complaints
- Must be able to stay focused in a very fast paced environment
- Wants to grow into new positions
- Maintaining cleanliness in dining area and back of house
