Goals
- Greet, host, and communicate with customers.
- Support and communicate with your team members regarding food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain safe, sanitary supportive, and positive work environments.
Physical Demands:
- Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
- Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted.
- Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and policies.
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Contributes to a positive team environment and recognizes alarms or changes in team member morale/performance.
- Follows Monty's Good Burger all operational policies and procedures, and consistently provides customers with the positive "Monty's Experience".
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Prepares, builds, cooks, and serves food items accurately and positively.
- Occasionally supports the team during special events, private events, food truck events, and more.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
