Once Upon A Child Greenville in Greenville, SC, is looking for customer service members to join our 23-person-plus-strong team. Our ideal candidate needs no experience but must have a great personality, be self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Must have STRONG customer service skills. Needing day shifts, afternoon, evenings, and weekend availability. Must be able to work 2 to 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday each month.Full Time and Unlimited Availability - $11.00-14.00 an hour (40 hours)Part Time and Unlimited Availability - $11.00-$13.00 an hour (30 hours)Part Time and Limited Liability -$9.50-$12.00 an hour (less than 30 hours)Pay within these ranges will be based on performance, dependability, attitude, and business knowledge.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and make them feel at homeAnswer any questions the customers may haveAssist Customers in preparing their orders.Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environmentRespond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.Promote our business through social media.Engage to upsell customers.Up to date on current styles and trendsQualificationsFriendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employeesResponsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitmentsThe ability to problem-solve quickly concerns customers.Good communication skills with customersResponsibilitiesGreet customers and make them feel at homeAnswer any questions the customers may haveAssist Customers in preparing their orders.Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environmentRespond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.Promote our business through social media.Engage to upsell customers.Up to date on current styles and trends
