Retail Sales & Service Specialist

Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the store's retail experience. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Assist customers with the purchase of products and services through customer engagement and solution selling. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. Handle all administrative aspects including but not limited to entering orders accurately and notating accounts. Understand and be able to explain customer bills and answer service related questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with the purchase of products and services through customer engagement and solution selling.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting the customer in a friendly and professional manner, handling customer needs, billing questions and complaints

• Handle all administrative aspects including but not limited to entering orders accurately and notating accounts

• Educate and engage customers through product knowledge and demonstrations

• Support the performance of the stores retail experience, including but not limited to processing payments accurately, and handling equipment

• Adhere to departmental guidelines as related to attendance.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of previous retail sales and customer service

• Must work well with customers and in a team environment, possess good verbal, written and computer skills
