Job Description

Aroma360 is a boutique Scent Marketing and Branding company that specializes in providing the highest-quality essential oil-based scenting solutions to businesses and individuals all around the world. As the only full-service scent company, Aroma360 guides clients from concept and development to strategic implementation while priding themselves on exceptional customer service every step of the way. Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!

We're seeking motivated Retail Sales Professionals to join our team at our showroom, where you'll engage with clients in a premium retail environment that highlights our signature scenting solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and takes pride in achieving and exceeding goals. A significant portion of our sales exceed $3,500, so experience handling high-value transactions and closing Paid-in-Full deals or monthly contracts is key.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Proactively pursue new opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Contract Experience: Confidently manage and close large transactions and contract-based sales.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional, personalized service and build long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services to present tailored scenting solutions.

  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce (preferred) to manage leads, opportunities, and your sales pipeline.

  • Closing Skills: Deliver polished and effective presentations to close high-value deals with confidence.

  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture that celebrates success.

  • Adaptability: Adjust to changing sales strategies and market trends to stay ahead.

  • Merchandising: Help maintain an inviting, visually appealing showroom that enhances the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience sales, retail or high-ticket retail sales, with a record of exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for results.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Experience selling contracts and large Paid-in-Full deals is a plus.
