Create Innovative Solutions to Monitor and Mitigate Risk across the Single-Family Mortgage Portfolio.

Your Impact:

  • Create and implement Data and Analytics Applications, Data Pipelines, Analytical Pipelines to monitor Credit Risks.

  • Identify Users Data Needs and Research on making it available to them for Risk Monitoring and Identification.

  • Automate Data Curation Process and Create DMC and DCU Tools.

  • Assist in Building Data and Analytic Tools for Risk and Credit Monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience and bachelor's degree in finance, Statistics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in developing methodologies for data validation and data quality control preferred.

  • Work experience applying Data Analytics and Process Automation, from statistics, mathematics, data science, and computer programming to large data sets. Qualifying work may include-but is not limited to-statistics, mathematical programming, optimization, machine learning, computational methods, design and analysis of algorithms.

  • 2 to 3 years of Hadoop, Gen AI, Spark, Kubeflow experience to utilize structured and unstructured big data.

  • Collect, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data from a variety of sources and structures.

  • Design rich data visualizations to communicate and present complex ideas. Present research results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience working experience writing statistical and/or optimization programs to develop models, User Interfaces, Data base Programming and algorithms. Programming languages may include-but are not limited to-Python, R, SQL, Java and SAS. Database Systems like Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB etc.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $146,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
