ABOUT THE TEAM

The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers' capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Site Lead to join our Rocket Motor Systems team; the Site Lead will serve as the general point of contact for all activities at the McHenry, MS location and will ensure smooth operations, coordinate various aspects of site management, and maintain a safe and productive environment for employees. The Site Lead will be in charge of collecting and tracking requests across IT, space planning, food service, maintenance, warehouse management, equipment and facilities maintenance, on-site coordination for visitors and vendors, and physical security in support of the RMS General Manager and staff.

The Site Lead will serve as the integrator and coordinator between local operations and HQ.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Stay informed and involved in discussions related to the site through appropriate channels (email, Slack, etc.) as the main Point of Contact for McHenry site.
  • Facilitate and monitor central coordination of facilities planning, maintenance, safety, construction/renovation, and upgrades.
  • Track accurate current headcount, future headcount estimates, and utilization of facilities (desks, bathrooms, conference rooms, etc.).
  • Validate proper storage and protection of equipment, employee vehicles, and personal safety of employees for all physical security concerns, including validating employees are properly badged, following appropriate visitor policies, and are educated on security expectations.
  • Provide for IT coordination and ensure network, AV equipment, and other IT equipment are operational and available when needed.
  • Coordinate and monitor overall employee morale and social activities, including ensuring that employees are following appropriate prescribed policies and behaviors both at work and events. This includes coordination of annual events, timely site communications, and creating and monitoring Slack and email groups for the facility.
  • Serve as the leader for emergency situations at the site, ensuring the facility is outfitted with safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid, AED, etc.), establishing and educating employees on emergency protocols for fire, medical emergencies, uninvited guests, etc., and maintaining a safety-minded culture and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Represent Anduril in interactions with local police, fire, and government officials, being first on-scene representative in case of OSHA/other inspections or legal issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in facilities management, safety, and construction.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent Anduril to external parties.
  • Proven experience in managing emergency situations and implementing safety protocols.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a technology or defense company.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and physical security requirements.
  • Experience in managing classified work compliance.
  • Familiarity with local government regulations and requirements.

US Salary Range

$102,000-$153,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
