Some of your daily tasks as RN Assistant Director include overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the day shift including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring overall compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
