Job Description

RN - Procedure Center Manager

Location: Gilbert and Scottsdale, Arizona

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, set daytime hours

Travel: Limited between Scottsdale and Gilbert 

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee two Spine Center locations. This role leads daily operations, supervises clinical teams, and ensures high-quality patient care across outpatient procedural services. The manager oversees 15–18 RNs, scrub techs, and MAs, supported by an RN Lead and site lead. This is primarily an administrative leadership role with occasional clinical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and clinical workflows across Spine Centers
  • Lead and mentor clinical staff; oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Support perioperative services, pre/post-op workflows, sterile processing, and sedation services
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, metrics, and process improvement
  • Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning

Requirements:

  • BSN required; current RN license
  • 1–2 years relevant clinical experience; leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
  • Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations

Environment:

  • Gilbert location operates 5 days/week; Scottsdale 2–3 days/week
  • Majority pain and interventional spine procedures; occasional kyphoplasty and IR cases
  • Manager not required to cover occasional Saturday sessions
