Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff effectively.
- Experience in managing teams and facilitating professional development.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and evenings as needed.
