Roofing Field Manager Job Summary

As a Roofing Field Manager, you will work hand in hand with partner roofing crews to ensure that the customer experience meets and exceeds expectations set during the initial customer consultation. You will be expected to know how to install roofing products and materials, do minor repairs, maintain company vehicles and tools, participate in daily morning meetings, and be responsible for communicating the Honest Abe mission.

Roofing Field Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish including timelines, crews, quality control, materials, and client communication
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they stay informed throughout their project
• Conduct site visits before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized and maintain a professional appearance
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful handoffs and flawless project delivery

Roofing Field Manager Qualifications

• Carpentry and roofing experience is required
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and technical skills are essential.
• Problem-solving mindset - you stay calm under pressure and find solutions fast
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to lead crews and build trust with homeowners
• Proficient computer literacy - comfortable navigating CRMs
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to do repairs, and lead roofing, siding, and gutter projects
