Servpro Roofing Foreman – Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)

Location: [Allentown, Scranton]

Department: Reconstruction (Exteriors)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (incl full benefits)

Servpro Team Doyle is looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to join our growing Roofing & Exteriors Division. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and reputable restoration company while helping homeowners and property managers restore and improve their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform roof inspections and assessments for residential and commercial properties.
Identify damage related to weather events, aging, or other causes.
Prepare inspection reports and collaborate with estimating and production teams.
Assist in roof sales consultations, helping clients understand their repair or replacement options.
Oversee roof repair or replacement projects to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters and Servpro management when applicable.
Maintain Servpro’s high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout each project.

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in roofing, exteriors, or a related field.
Proven knowledge of roof systems, materials, and installation best practices.
Ability to perform roof assessments safely and accurately.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
