Royalty Roofing is looking for experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join our elite team. We offer year-round work, strong pay, and a role that values your skills without the grueling 12-hour days under the sun.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings
Perform siding and gutter repairs
Use a metal brake for trim and fascia work
Install and repair windows and skylights
Take required job photos and documentation throughout the project
Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specs
Pick up and return jobsite materials and supplies
What You Bring:
✅Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates ✅ Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi-story roofs
✅ Solid experience with:
Roof leak diagnosis & repairs
Roofing installation (all major systems)
Siding installation & repair
Windows and skylight installs
✅ Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus ✅ Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✅ Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season
Work Area
- Start and finish your day at either the North Canton or North Olmsted shop (whichever is closer to home)
- Pay is shop-to-shop: Clock in when you arrive, clock out when you return - we pay for your whole day, not just the jobsite hours
- Work is dispatched based on proximity to your shop
