Job Description
CentiMark Corporation is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Managerin Dallas, TX! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This Manager will be running the largest service department in CentiMark!This role is paying a base salary of $60k - $80k, plus $40k - $50k in bonuses & premier benefits!Job Summary:
- Marketing and developing the service department
- Scheduling and supervising multiple crews, including two-man repair teams, large repairs, and small re-roof projects, ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Estimating, proposing, and selling commercial roofing repair work from some provided leads
- Inspect service roofing jobs for safety and workmanship
- Responsible for management/growth of service department
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is Required
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
