Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified individual experienced with installation and repair of various flat-roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM. You will be responsible for performing quality roof repairs and maintenance under the direction of your Foreman in a safe and timely manner.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs/patches on commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.)
• General roof maintenance- tearing out old roof material, cleaning gutters, snow removal, etc.
• Travel to corresponding jobsite with 1-2 employees
• Work with your Foreman to inspect leaks and damage
• Load and unload materials onto the roof, climb ladders, and use equipment/tools to complete tasks
• Use fall-protection gear and wear required PPE
• Be on call to respond to emergency leaks when needed (typically 1-2 weeks per month)
• Communicate with customers and clients, provide recommendations

Requirements

• Previous experience working in field construction or similar trade (concrete, framing, roofing, etc.)
• Has general safety knowledge, is able to follow all safety standards and procedures
• Very comfortable working from heights & outdoors year-round
• Flexible schedule- on-call availability
• Has reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check and drug test
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience using a harness and SRL

Schedule

• Monday-Friday- Full time
• On-call availability is required 1-2 weeks per month- additional weekly compensation is given!
