Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Execute high-quality installations of asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
- Tear-Off & Prep: Efficiently remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation, ensuring the deck is structural and sound.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair leaks, flashing issues, and weather damage.
- Safety Leadership: Strictly follow all safety protocols, including proper harness usage and ladder safety, to ensure a "zero-accident" job site.
- Job Site Professionalism: Maintain a clean work area and represent C&S Industries professionally when interacting with homeowners and contractors.
What We're Looking For
- Physical Capability: Must be comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Weather Resilience: Ability to work outdoors in the diverse Salt Lake City climate.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic and a "measure twice, cut once" approach to quality.
- Requirements: * Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous roofing or construction experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
