PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our team is seeking recent college graduates for an exciting opportunity to participate in our exclusive two-year Analyst Program. As part of the program, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a development program that focuses on your growth and performance within the company. You'll gain hands-on experience from experienced industry professionals in different departments, including:
- Credit and Asset Management
- Credit Solutions
- Loan Servicing
- New Loan Boarding
- Portfolio Management
- Property Tax and Insurance
- Remittance
- Servicing Operations
- Treasury
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate loan servicing and management tasks such as handling taxes, insurance, cash management, loan closing, and payoff processes
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of loan documents, structures, covenants, compliance, and loan underwriting processes.
- Gain experience with highly structured debt instruments and understand how our clients utilize these positions to maximize returns and minimize risk
- Assess and evaluate the financial performance of commercial real estate properties.
- Conduct small-scale research projects to broaden your knowledge and experience in the field.
- Develop proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and methodologies.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of cash flow analysis and its application in real estate
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the commercial real estate industry.
- Provide recommendations for property improvements and enhancements to increase value.
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university graduating between Winter 2025 or Spring 2026. Degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate is preferred
- A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meeting of deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create intricate worksheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications included Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Possess an analytical mindset to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Showcase strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships.
- Display adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
