JOB EXECUTION
- Lead & Support Routes: Supervise route sales reps, ensuring execution of daily sales, merchandising, and delivery goals.
- Route Coverage: Drive a small NILO delivery truck to cover open or vacant routes (due to PTO, turnover, or expansion).
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, to maximize product visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence in every account.
- Execution Excellence: Monitor delivery standards, merchandising, and in-store displays.
- Training & Coaching: Onboard and coach route sales and Demos on efficiency, customer service, and sales execution. (Occasional Travel to Chicago)
- Inventory & Reporting: Manage truck inventory, reconcile daily sales, and report KPIs to management.
- Fleet Care: Ensure assigned vehicles are maintained, clean, and compliant with all DOT and safety standards.
- Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
- 3+ years of experience in Route Delivery, Merchandising, or Sales Experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management and organization skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Willingness to drive small route delivery trucks (similar to Red Bull merch trucks)
- Ability to work early mornings as routes require.
