Compensation: $25–$27 per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Bonuses
Join a Team That Values Your Skill and MobilityGaines Investment Trust is hiring a Roving HVAC Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of apartment communities in the Irving and North Dallas area. If you’re a hands-on, adaptable professional who enjoys variety in your workday and excels in delivering high-quality maintenance service, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to assigned apartment communities to provide maintenance support as needed
- Complete service requests related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Use Maintenance IQ mobile software to manage and track work orders and tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues with efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with curb appeal, groundskeeping, and pool maintenance when needed
- Participate in an emergency on-call rotation and respond promptly to urgent needs
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure excellent resident service and property upkeep
- May assist with preparing apartments for new residents
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of general repairs, troubleshooting, and HVAC systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and property teams
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of personal accountability
- HVAC certification
