Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) - Dental Focus

Pay Range: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on credentials and experience$5,000 Hiring Bonus!

What You'll Do:

Assist with comprehensive dental procedures, including dental cleanings, dental radiography, and advanced dental surgical assistance.
Monitor anesthesia during dental surgeries, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Provide hands-on surgical preparation and recovery care for dental patients.
Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and laboratory diagnostics as needed.
Calculate and administer medications and fluids under DVM direction.
Maintain and sterilize dental and surgical instruments.
Educate and engage with pet parents regarding post-procedure care and dental health maintenance.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient care and create a positive, low-stress experience.

What We're Looking For:

Active Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in California or eligible for transfer.
Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) certification in Dentistry is highly preferred but not required.
Experience in anesthesia monitoring, dental radiographs, and dental cleanings.
Passion for patient care and providing exceptional client service.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Schedule:

8 to 10-hour shifts depending on caseload.
