Safety Engineer Intern
Location:Bloomington, MN| [On-Site]
Employment Type:Temporary – 12-13 weeks
About the Role
The Safety engineering intern will report to EHS management and support and promote safe practices throughout the factory. This role will be to learn about semiconductor manufacturing, safety best practices, technical writing, and working within a highly technical team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process hazard analysis for new manufacturing equipment
Safety audits of new and existing equipment
Industrial hygiene sampling
Other duties, as assigned
QualificationsRequired:
College course work in safety engineering, industrial hygiene, occupational health or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MS Office capabilities

What We Offer:
Salary: $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation:Includes 401(k) plan and paid time off.
