Job Description

Job Summary:

Join the team redefining how marketing girlies accelerate their career growth! At Sky Society, you'll oversee the full sales cycle of the thousands of inbound applications we get for our flagship Marketing Career Accelerator for women. 

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for women applying to the Accelerator. You'll meet with prospective students on admissions Zoom video calls, build genuine relationships, and guide them toward enrolling in the Accelerator. Unlike cold selling, this is a warm, consultative process that involves a combination of building trust and getting applicants excited about enrolling. In addition, you'll be exploring new opportunities for business development starting with higher education partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 70% inbound sales: conducting admissions calls with prospective Accelerator applicants and managing the enrollment pipeline
  • 30% new business development: exploring and establishing new growth channels, with an initial focus on partnerships with higher education institutions
  • Lead admissions calls on Zoom with prospective students, creating excitement about the Accelerator and inspiring them to enroll
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with applicants and position the program as the right next step in their career journey
  • Drive enrollment by using consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, address concerns, and confirm fit
  • Manage leads in HubSpot, updating deal stages, replying to emails and sending personalized follow-ups when necessary
  • Consistently hit or exceed enrollment goals while maintaining a high standard of applicant experience
  • Keep organized and detailed records of all interactions in the admissions pipeline/CRM
  • Spearhead discovery of new sales acquisition opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, or other results-driven client-facing roles
  • Sales expert with proven ability to close leads through consultative and relationship-based sales
  • Growth mindset, curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and learn while having fun along the way!
  • Clear communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly and guide conversations toward action
  • Thrive in collaborative environments; you enjoy working with others, sharing insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to create the best solutions for our community
  • KPI oriented and energized by helping women take the next step in their marketing careers
