The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Lash Lounge Rogers is looking for Sales and Customer Service Associates. We are an upscale eyelash salon studio. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each client extraordinary customer service. This candidate must be highly motivated, be able to multitask with ease, possess excellent client service skills, love selling, have experience using MS Office and other computer software programs, and have exceptional attention to detail. This position will provide our "Gold Standard" experience to our clients by greeting them, booking appointments, selling products and memberships, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Other duties will include inventory maintenance, opening & closing tasks, and contributing to group operations. We value a positive work environment and a fun culture. We are looking for the right candidate who will contribute to fostering this environment throughout the salon and with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
