Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Explain the Restoration process and Contract to the customer
Secure a signed Contract from the customer
Take Matterport Virtual Tour
Write reconstruction Estimate based on scope of project
Negotiate with insurance carrier and secure agreed scope and price
Maintain relationship with the adjuster and the customer
Interface with Project Manager to determine supplements
Maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Experience with Xactimate and Cotality (Symbility) estimating software
Experience in the construction and/or restoration industry
Experience in dealing with TPA's, estimating guidelines, and time stamps.
Team player who can easily interface with other Managers
Salesperson who can build rapport with Customers and Adjusters

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
