Marketing and Sales – No Experience Necessary Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing representative to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is essential in driving growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, direct sales, and territory management, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage territory sales efforts, ensuring optimal coverage and engagement with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proven experience in sales, outside sales, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
