Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and upsell UPS products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure product displays are organized and appealing.
• Utilize POS systems to process sales efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about offerings.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience in retail or sales environments preferred.
• Ability to upsell products based on customer needs.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
