Job Description
YOU SHOULD WORK FOR EST:Are you ready to help EST stand out in a competitive landscape as our Marketing & Sales Coordinator? You’ll conduct competitive analysis and collaborate across teams to brainstorm and execute innovative brand-building initiatives that amplify the voice of the customer and fuel growth. Drawing on your understanding of EST’s products, services, and values, you’ll ensure every strategy keeps our mission and vision front and center. If you are passionate about lead generation, industry events, and social media campaigns, come work with EST.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
- CRM audits and maintenance to ensure consistent and accurate data for customer sales support and data analysis.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, trade shows, and events.
- Design and produce (internally or with external vendors) a range of marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy throughout the organization.
- Create standardized proposal, presentation and other marketing templates to provide consistency of EST materials for the sales team.
- Prepare and format final artwork for both print and digital production, maintaining high standards of quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-3 years successful direct sales or marketing experience, preferably in industrial or government sales application, mechanical experience and know-how a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college preferred.
- In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Proven capability/knowledge of principles and methods of marketing, promoting, selling, and demonstrating products and/or services resulting in increased profitable sales.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other graphic-publisher software; marketing platforms; analytic platforms for tracking campaign effectiveness; basic office equipment; and ability to adapt/learn evolving technologies.
- Trade Show/Event planning and coordination experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized and dependable. Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Driver’s license and excellent driving record required.
